A contemporary twist on Old Vegas glamor and the marquees that once shone bright along the Strip, Rare Society’s design evokes the lore of Rat Pack gatherings and raucous Sinatra dinner parties. GTC Design Studio leaned into the cliches, glitz, and glamor to create a space that pays homage to those infamous steakhouses, with oversized leather booths, gilded details, and moody lighting, crafting a place lost to time, and yet somehow, modern and avant-garde, in perfect juxtaposition to Chef Wise’s live fire grill, piles of American Red Oak, and dry-age meat cabinets that are featured prominently inside each restaurant.
